McMinnville senior living apartments is a 16-apartment retirement community for active aging adults located on the McMinnville senior living campus in the heart of Yamhill county, near hospitals, doctors and downtown McMinnville.  Our campus also has accommodations for a 29-bed assisted living community and a 5-bed memory care community and a 28-bed specialized dementia care community.

Services provided by McMinnville senior living provides three delicious meals each day served in our café style dining area, weekly housekeeping and linen service, free on-site laundry room, an outstanding variety of interesting spiritual, social and recreational programs, along with scheduled transportation. A beauty salon is located on site, a concierge/manager, transportation and a busy social/activity calendar.

Residents can choose either a large studio, a one-bedroom apartment or a two bedroom, which there is only one of. All of our apartments have a full bathroom and kitchen, which is complete with a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Every apartment is complete with a sprinkler system, smoke detectors and a personal emergency response call system.

Our staff is special too. They take great pride in making your home a safe, comfortable, and a happy place. Staff is on site and available to provide assistance to you 24 hours per day.
